The Manager will work with the Managing Director to develop and execute the group's business and financial strategy & maintain its financial operation in highest level.

Job Description

• Negotiating, executing and monitoring business transactions, agreements and activities.
• Responsible for the Group's accounting, financial activities, legal & HR.
• Defines and implements the accounting procedures for reporting and consolidation ofall Group financial results' and budgets'.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency of existing business and financial processes.
• Assist to Managing Director to analyze new business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

• CPA
• Extensive legal knowledge. 
• MBA in a top university will be consider as advantage.
• 12+ years experience in financial leadership role in businesses' oriented companies (real-estate development & construction).
• Senior Leadership experience.
• Business oriented.
• English fluent capabilities.
• Relocation to Cyprus is mandatory.
• The position is designated to all genders.
