Client Relationship Manager

Marfields Limassol

The Client Relationship Manager is the personal concierge of our client universe. This is not a transactional sales role, it is a relationship-first position for someone who genuinely loves people, has an appreciation for luxury living, and understands that the most important sale happens long after the contract is signed.

You will be responsible for nurturing Marfields' existing and prospective client base through personalised engagement, from remembering a child's birthday to organising a private art evening in Limassol. You are the invisible thread that keeps our clients feeling seen, valued and connected to the Marfields world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management 

  • Maintain detailed and current profiles for each client : preferences, family composition, key dates, interests, and communication style
  • Build warm, ongoing relationships with clients across all stages of their journey, from first enquiry to long-term ownership
  • Proactively reach out on meaningful occasions: birthdays, anniversaries, children's milestones, national holidays

Events & Experiences 

  • Conceive and coordinate exclusive client events: art exhibitions, private dinners, cultural excursions, and seasonal celebrations
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with leading cultural institutions, galleries, chefs, and lifestyle brands to enrich the Marfields client experience
  • Host clients during property viewings, project launch events, and site visits with impeccable attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the marketing&sales team to align events with brand storytelling and seasonal campaigns

CRM

  • Maintain the CRM system with meticulous accuracy:  every call, meeting, gift, and interaction logged and categorised
  • Track family details, children's names and ages, schooling, pets, hobbies, and lifestyle preferences
  • Prepare tailored gifting: thoughtful, culturally appropriate, and always on brand
  • Monitor client satisfaction and surface any concerns or feedback to the Sales & Marketing leadership team

Cross-functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with sales, project, and legal teams to support smooth transaction processes and post-sale follow-up
  • Liaise with property management teams to assist clients with any post-handover needs
  • Support the production of personalised correspondence, proposals, and presentations for key clients

Candidate Profile 

You are

  • Warm, polished, and socially intelligent  - someone clients genuinely enjoy spending time with
  • Meticulous and proactive: you notice details others overlook and act before being asked
  • Discreet and trustworthy, you handle sensitive information about high-net-worth individuals with absolute professionalism
  • Culturally curious and well-travelled  - comfortable engaging with clients from Russia, the Middle East, Europe, and beyond
  • Passionate about art, design, hospitality, and luxury living
  • Calm and solutions-oriented under pressure

Qualifications & Experience 

  • 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, private banking, high-end real estate, or a client-facing role within a luxury brand
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with UHNW or HNW clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian (additional languages are a strong advantage)
  • Experience organising private events and lifestyle experiences
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms; ability to maintain meticulous records
  • Degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred
