Position Summary

The Head of Client Relationships is responsible for developing and nurturing long-term relationships with the company’s elite and high-net-worth clientele, with a particular focus on Russian-speaking investors. This role serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, ensuring clients feel secure, valued, and confidently guided throughout their real estate journey.

The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company and its key clients, providing tailored advice, protecting their interests, and delivering an exceptional, discreet, and personalized service experience. By fostering strong partnerships built on trust, transparency, and professionalism, the Head of Client Relationships will play a vital role in enhancing client satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and elite clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key Russian-speaking clients.
  • Provide strategic guidance and advisory support on real estate investments.
  • Ensure clients feel secure, informed, and comfortable throughout all transactions.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Protect clients’ interests while safeguarding the company’s reputation.
  • Create long-term partnerships built on trust, transparency, and professionalism.
  • Coordinate internally with legal, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client portfolios and strengthen engagement.
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Fluency in Russian and English (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in real estate, investment, or luxury services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with high-profile and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust quickly.
