The Chief / Head of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the company’s operational functions related to property management, asset performance, maintenance services, and after-sales support.
The role ensures the efficient management and profitability of company-owned assets, including but not limited to parking facilities, photovoltaic systems, residential and commercial properties, and other infrastructure investments. This position requires a strategic and hands-on leader capable of developing policies, operational frameworks, and revenue-generating strategies while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and service excellence.
1. Property & Asset Management
• Oversee the daily management and performance of all company property assets, including parking plots, photovoltaic installations, and real estate developments.
• Ensure assets are properly maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently.
• Develop asset management plans that maximize long-term value and return on investment.
2. Maintenance & Facilities Operations
• Lead the maintenance department and ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance across all managed properties.
• Establish maintenance schedules, service contracts, and vendor management systems.
• Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
3. After-Sales & Client Support
• Oversee after-sales services for clients purchasing or leasing company properties.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional handling of defects, repairs, and warranty issues.
• Develop and improve after-sales processes, service standards, and response times.
4. Revenue Growth & Strategy Development
• Create and implement strategic plans to increase income from company assets.
• Identify new revenue opportunities such as:
– Pricing strategies for parking facilities
– Rental and lease agreements with nearby corporate offices
– Monetization of photovoltaic and energy assets
– Service upgrades and value-added client offerings
• Develop policies and operational frameworks that enhance profitability.
5. Operational Leadership & Policy Implementation
• Design and implement operational policies, procedures, and KPIs across property and asset management functions.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between construction, sales, finance, and customer service teams.
• Ensure operations align with the company’s strategic goals and growth plans.
6. Budgeting & Financial Oversight
• Prepare and manage operational budgets for maintenance, asset management, and after-sales activities.
• Monitor expenditures, optimize operational costs, and improve asset revenue performance.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on operational performance and asset profitability.
7. Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure all managed assets comply with local regulations, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong governance in property-related operations.
• Bachelor’s or a master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in operations, property management, asset management, or real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, facilities management, and after-sales service delivery.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and revenue generation from real estate or infrastructure assets.
