Position Summary

Marfields is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. This role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive property sales and maximize revenue 
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities 
• Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders 
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure effective promotion of projects 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field 
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role 
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams 
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property sales processes 
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills 
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions 
• Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
