On September 18, the doors of Novikov Limassol opened at The Ritz-Carlton Residences. The arrival of one of the world’s most recognisable restaurant brands has become a significant addition to our project and to Limassol’s dining scene.

The evening gathered residents, partners and friends of the city, who were the first to experience the Mediterranean menu created by chef Luca Natalini and realised here by his team. Music from the Phly Boyz, who came to Cyprus specially for the event, set the tone for a lively celebration that carried into the night.

For us, the opening of Novikov Restaurant is part of a broader vision: to create places where architecture, hospitality and gastronomy meet, shaping a modern lifestyle community in the heart of Limassol.

Novikov Limassol is now open daily from 18:00, with lunch service to follow soon.
